Sushi Samba
A redesigned, new and eye catching visual identity for the restaurant/ bar Sushi Samba. The restaurant is inspired by Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian culture and cuisines.
My design concept focuses on the contrast of sushi which is neat and precise art form and the bright and vibrant samba which uses percussion instruments. My illustrations for this identity incorporates music and imagery to do with food and drink which I have cleverly designed using negative space. There are also a few puns linking food, drink and music to accompany my illustrations.
